Yay! You’re in! And we’re excited!
This non-refundable $60 deposit will confirm your spot and be applied to your annual tuition.
We are excited to have you in the 2026 Cohorts Program!
Scholarship Student Participation Agreement:
Tuition
Half Tuition for 2026 Cohorts.Art is $2,100 (which includes the $60 non-refundable registration deposit). This cost covers a full year of mentorship, the weeklong in-person workshop, access to the Cohorts Lecture Series, administrative costs and the opportunity to join in all the other cool stuff that 2026 might bring. Students may pay in-full at the beginning, or by automatic recursive monthly payments of $170. First or full payment is due by December 27th, 2025.
Workshop
Students are responsible for travel and lodging costs for the in-person workshop. Mentors will not be housing students. Shared VRBO rentals have worked well for past Cohorts.
Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from Cohorts.Art after three months, you are still responsible for 50% of the remaining tuition. The Cohort will be too involved in the program at that time to bring in a new student, and the costs of running the program remain.
Missed Class
Your mentor will create a routine schedule (meeting twice a month) with you for the entire year, but we understand things come up. If you need to miss a scheduled one-on-one session with your mentor, please notify them more than 24 hours prior if you want the opportunity to reschedule. (Exceptions will be made in emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.)
Group classes will occur on the last Sunday of the month, time of day will be coordinated with you and your Cohorts class. Unfortunately, missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled, unless the need to do so is determined by the mentor.
When you pay the deposit to hold your spot, you will be required to acknowledge reading and accepting the above Student Participation Agreement and the Cohorts Code of Conduct which you’ll find a little lower on this page.
